5 minutes walk from the central plaza of Pradollano and ski litfs, with local bar/restaurants and 2 supermarkets adjacent to the apartment building.

The balcony overlooks the central plaza of Pradollano, great for viewing fireworks and events, or to enjoy the amazing sunsets over distant Granada, with its canopy of city lights at night. To the left one can view the mountains and ski slopes, up to Pico Veleta, and enjoy the sunrises over the mountains from the balvocony breakfast table. Granada is 31km away by car, and the Nevada shopping centre is easily accessible at the bottom of the mountain. Local bus services serve the village throughout the year.
